Are you or someone else feeling unsafe or unwelcome on campus?
You’re not alone. Whether you just need to talk or want to formally report an incident, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Your privacy is our priority, and you remain fully in control. You decide if and when your situation should be escalated. Nothing happens without your consent!

What happens when I submit a report?

Safe reporting
You reach out to us via the form below or via WhatsApp/E-Mail. The Student Representative and the President of Women in IT will get your message and keep your identity safe and confidential.

We listen
You will get an answer during the first 24 hours. If you wish to do so, we will offer you a confidential meeting to get to know more about the incident and find out how we can help you.

Individual guidance according to your needs
You decide what happens next. You can pause or stop at any time, and we will always respect your choices. If you want someone to just be there for you and listen to you, that’s what we’ll do!

We support your choices
We will only take further action if needed and only with your consent. If you choose to move forward with a formal complaint, we’re here to help you with things like drafting complaints, talking to university departments, give you referrals to other professional services, etc.

Follow-up
We will check-in with you later on to see how you’re doing and keep in touch, if that’s also your wish!
